My experience at Architects of Life (AOL) has been nothing short of enriching. As part of the programs team, my responsibilities included managing stakeholders, developing program curriculum, and ensuring the smooth execution of programs for our beneficiaries and clients. Even though it wasn’t smooth sailing the whole way, I found that the balance between mentorship and independent learning at AOL was particularly helpful to my growth and easing into the role. The warm and supportive culture in the organization also made for a conducive learning environment at work.

For me, I found fulfilment in coordinating programs and facilitating activities for the youths in juvenile institutions. It is my privilege to have had this opportunity to contribute to such meaningful work, and I have come to really appreciate the power of positive guidance in the lives of these young individuals.

Beyond impacting others, my time at AOL has been personally transformative. Saying yes to various roles and tasks opened doors to continuous learning and self-discovery, from event planning and collateral design to conflict resolution and stakeholder management. I am grateful for the professional and personal development that I have been able to achieve with AOL.
